SENDING DIGITAL IMPRESSIONS

 

Below you will find step by step instructions to send your digital impressions. If you have any questions regarding help sending us your impressions, please do not hesitate to contact our lab at (916) 407-2500 or email cadcam@costa-aesthetics.com If you don’t see your model listed please call us and we will help you.

TO SEND A FILE

 

  1. Dentists should have an account registered with 3Shape Communicate. If you do not, please call your scanner provider to have them set up an account or go
    to http://us.3shapecommunicate.com. Once you are set up with an account, send a ‘Connection Request’ from the ‘Communicate’ account to Costa Aesthetics Laboratory or cadcam@costa-aesthetics.com.
  2. Costa Aesthetics Laboratory will then accept your request through 3Shape Communicate. NOTE: Step one and two is a one-time only registration process.
  3. Complete the intraoral scan.
  4. Fill out and complete the Trios Rx form.
  5. Select ‘Costa Aesthetics Laboratory’ from the Lab menu and SEND.

TO SEND A FILE

 

  1. Sign-in to your Cadent iTero online account.
  2. Add ‘Costa Aesthetics Lab’ (ID# 20521) to your scanner menu; the next time logging onto the scanner, ‘Costa Aesthetics Lab’ will be available to receive scan data. Note: You can also add ‘Costa Aesthetics Lab’ to your menu by contacting Cadent/iTero™ technical support at 800-577-8767.
  3. Complete the intraoral scan.
  4. Complete the iTero™ online Rx.
  5. Select ‘Costa Aesthetics Lab’ to receive the case and send the file.
